Job Responsibilities: This Health Care Analyst will support data collection and administrative/technical support the company Retail inbound interactive voice response (IVR) system. Working cross functionally, this candidate will be responsible for researching customer inquiries and complaints and supporting the inbound IVR operations. Duties: The candidate will research and resolve customer inquiries. This will require coordination with business and IT stakeholders to determine root cause and to respond. Analyst will also support operational needs and generation of ad hoc recordings for the inbound IVR system require coordination with inbound IVR subject matter experts to achieve the desired outcome The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. They will have a collaborative mindset and work well with across multiple teams. Additionally, the candidate will have experience documenting products in an agile environment with basic proficiency in Microsoft products.

Job Responsibilities: Monitor postoperative patients’ anesthesia recovery and mental status and provide updates to the medical team as needed. Obtain and record patient vital signs. Monitor patients for side effects of anesthesia. Anesthesia can treat pain, nausea, and other postoperative symptoms and administer medications as prescribed.
